By accessing or using VC Deal Flow Signal ("Service"), operated via gitdealflow.com and signals.gitdealflow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VC Deal Flow Signal provides GitHub-based engineering momentum signals and analysis for investors. The Service includes a free weekly email digest, a paid dashboard with detailed startup signals, and related content published on our website.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

• You must provide a valid email address to subscribe to the free Signal Digest.
• Paid plans require payment through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All prices are listed in EUR.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact signal@gitdealflow.com for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid content from the Service without written permission.
• Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, data visualizations, and branding on the Service are the intellectual property of VC Deal Flow Signal. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent. The underlying GitHub data is publicly available; our value-add is in the curation, scoring, and analysis.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The signals and analysis provided will be accurate, complete, or current.
• Any particular investment outcome will result from using our data.

8. Not Investment Advice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If we terminate your paid subscription without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
